Saturday, January 23 - (Storm date, January 24) - Hollow Forms in PMC® at The Beaded Moose- Bangor, Maine - Learn to make 6 different hollow forms
, including discs, spheres, tubes and three more. Not a beginner's class. Previous PMC® experience required. Cost of $105 includes 28 grams of PMC+. You are required to bring your own basic tool kit. Saturday, March 6 - (Storm date March 7) - Introduction to PMC® at The Beaded Moose - Bangor, Maine -
This is a class for complete beginners who have always wanted to try this wonderful material. You only need to bring yourself, a notebook and your curiosity. Cost is $95 complete, including a basic tool kit and packet of clay. Class runs form 10:30 to 3:30. See above class for contact info and to register.

Saturday, March 27 - (Storm date March 28) - Tips and Tricks for the Experienced PMC® Artist at The Beaded Moose in Bangor- This class is for those experienced PMC® artists who want to push the envelope a bit- gold, enamels, water etching and other neat tricks will be covered. You need to supply your own basic tool kit. Come with design ideas, as many processes covered will require two firings. Class runs from 10:30 to 3:30. Cost is $95. NEW DATE- APRIL 24 Saturday, April 3 - Introduction to PMC® class at Bead + Fiber Gallery, 460 Harrison Ave., Boston, Mass. - This is a class for complete beginners or those with very limited PMC® experience. You only need to bring yourself and your curiosity and design ideas. Cost of $150 includes a basic tool kit and a 16 g. packet of PMC3. Class runs from 10:00- 3:30. Saturday, April 10- Introduction to Copper Clay at the Innovative Beads Expo (IBE) show in Cromwell, CT - If you think PMC® is too expensive,consider trying copper clay- it costs 1/8 what PMC® costs, is just as easy to work and yields wonderful results. This workshop is for complete beginners or those with some PMC® experience (please leave most of your PMC® tools at home because the clays can cross contaminate each other- any questions of which ones to bring or not, drop me an email)- A complete set of basic tools and a 100 gram packet of clay is provided. Class cost $80 when you preregister on their website [see my LINKS under bead shows] or $90 the day of the show. Kit price $40, payable to me directly at the show.

** NEW CLASS - Sunday, May 9 - Tips and Tricks for the Experienced PMC® Artist at the IBE show in Marlborough, MA - This new and exciting class is being offered only once this year at IBE shows. In this class we will work with gold, do carving on PMC®, learn how to add enamels to unfired PMC® and a whole lot more. Basically I will share lots of little tricks I have learned over 6 years of working and studying with and about PMC®. At least one year's experience with PMC® suggested for this class. People who have only taken a beginners class are welcome, but be aware that this class will be very fast paced. Cost is $80 in advance. Kit fee is $40. You will need to bring your own tool kit. Kit fee includes a packet of clay and use of Aura 22 or gold leaf, enamels, etc.

Sunday, July 18 - PMC Rings - at Beads + Fiber Gallery (see above for contact info) - Lwearn a variety of techniques to create unique rings. Not a beginners class. Students are required to bring basic tool kit. Price of $150 includes a packet of clay and some stones and bezels of your choice.

Sunday, August 8 - PMC® Rings class - at the IBE show in Concord, NH - PMC® is a wonderful material to make rings from because it is so flexible. Learn to make several different types of rings, including ones with non-fire-in-place stones. This is not a beginners class- previous PMC® experience required. (Introduction class is enough experience)Cost of class is $80- Kit cost is $35, and includes a packet of clay plus your choice of stones and bezels. You are expected to supply your own basic tool kit. Email me if you are uncertain of what to bring. Register through the IBE website.
