HOW TO ORDER
This website is being set up to run in conjunction with my SHOW SCHEDULE. If you see something on it that you want to order and you are planning to attend one of my shows, let me know the item # and amount you want (on items that are not one-of-a-kind), and I will put them aside for you to pick up at the show. At shows I accept cash, checks, Mastercard or VISA. If you wish to order directly from the site, here’s how it works:
Ordering is easy!
1) Make a note of the item numbers and quantities that you want
2) Email me any time at rcooper@nlis.net or call 207-374-5940 with your order. When is the best time to call? Usually between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If I am not home, leave a message and phone number and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I will obviously not be available at home on show dates, and usually the day before and after, especially if the show is far from Maine.
2) I accept Mastercard, VISA and personal checks. Please do not email your credit card number.
3) There is a $5 shipping and handling charge on all retail orders under $200, plus a $2 processing fee for orders under $50. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200! (Retail only) ORDERS SHIPPED TO A MAINE ADDRESS WILL HAVE A 5% SALES TAX ADDED THEIR TOTAL (before shipping is added.)
4) Wholesale orders work the same except that you must met the wholesale conditions listed on the site, and shipping will be charged at the actual cost. (No free shipping on wholesale orders)
5) Orders usually ship in 1-2 days unless I am away at a show or conference. All lengthy absences will be announced on the front page of the website.
